Technique-Group Boosts North American Operations

20/02/08 / Article 99
Technique-Group has recently augmented its North American staff by appointing Duff DeReamer as V.P. Client Services and Steven Antoni as Sales Executive. In addition, Mark Anderson, who joined the company as V.P. Professional Services in 2007, is promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Duff, who worked extensively with Technique’s Print MIS solution at Banta Corporation, says “We selected Technique at Banta because of the tight integration between CRM, Sales Enquiries, Estimating, Contract Management and Order Management. Many competitive solutions we considered used third party products that were integrated together with varying degrees of success, or did not offer the features we required at all. Technique’s true integration and modern user interface was refreshing when compared with other products.”

Steve Antoni, commented, “I see great potential for Technique in the North American market. I have watched their success in the European market and have seen steady growth in North America. Having worked for a number of companies trying to break into the North American market, I was impressed by the presence Technique has in this market and the breadth of the Technique product offering.”

Paul Cooper, CEO stated "We are delighted to add such seasoned professionals to the company. Duff’s extensive project management and implementation background will be a great boost to the implementation team. Having spent 15 years with North American MIS vendors, Steve has a tremendous amount of domain knowledge and a great deal of experience in growing sales, which will help us as we continue to improve our product and expand. We are also excited about Mark’s new role. Since joining the company a year ago, Mark has demonstrated not only strong technical abilities, but also his operational skills and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. His extensive background in the international arena is also a great asset to the company.”
